Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to travel services arranged by Adeona Travel Atelier (“Adeona,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By confirming a booking with Adeona, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Our Services

Adeona Travel Atelier designs and coordinates tailor-made travel experiences in Armenia and, where agreed, neighboring destinations through selected local partners. Services may include accommodation, transportation, guides, meals, entrance tickets, cultural experiences, workshops, special events, and other travel-related arrangements specified in the confirmed itinerary.

Tailor-Made Itineraries

Our programs are individually designed. The final itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation, pricing, and services will be specified in the proposal or booking confirmation provided to the client.

Adeona reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to an itinerary when circumstances beyond our control require it, while making every effort to maintain the overall quality and character of the journey.

Third-Party Services

Certain services are provided by independent hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, guides, cultural institutions, performers, wineries, activity providers, and other suppliers.

Adeona carefully selects and coordinates these partners but cannot assume responsibility for circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, insurance, health documentation, and other required travel documents are valid and appropriate for their journey.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect local laws, cultural and religious sites, accommodation policies, safety instructions, and reasonable guidance provided by Adeona representatives and suppliers.

Changes Requested by the Client

We are happy to accommodate reasonable changes whenever possible. Changes after confirmation may result in additional charges, particularly where suppliers have already been booked or paid.

Special Requirements

Dietary restrictions, mobility considerations, allergies, accessibility requirements, and other important requests should be communicated before booking whenever possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them but cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.
