Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1. General Provisions

1.1 Under the present terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”), the procedure and conditions for reserving travel and destination management services via the System are defined.

1.2 adeona.travel is a website belonging to and operated by “Adeona Travel Atelier” LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Website” or “System”). The System provides You an opportunity to reserve the following services provided in the Republic of Armenia by Service Providers under the procedures established by these Terms:

• Accommodation/Housing services;
• Participation in guided tours and curated experiences;
• Vehicle rentals and private transfers.

1.3 This Website also provides access to travel information and cultural insights regarding the Republic of Armenia.

1.4 You acknowledge and accept that:

• Services indicated in clause 1.2 shall be rendered to You by third-party Service Providers and not directly by “Adeona Travel Atelier” LLC, unless otherwise specified;
• Our services are limited to facilitating the reservation of Services via the System and providing the travel information described in clause 1.3.

1.5 These Terms constitute a formal offer to use our services. By using the Website or submitting a reservation, You enter into a contractual relationship with Us.

1.6 Terms are considered accepted from the moment You enter the Website and start using its features or attempt to reserve Services.

1.7 Key Definitions:

• “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “Website”, “System” refer to “Adeona Travel Atelier” LLC;
• “You”, “Your” refer to the visitors of the Website and/or those reserving Services;
• “Service Provider” refers to the entity actually rendering the Service to You;
• “VCR” refers to the electronic Voucher/Confirmation Receipt containing detailed information on Your reserved Services.

Chapter 2. Privacy Policy

2.1 “Adeona Travel Atelier” LLC processes personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data.”

2.2 To process a reservation, We require personal data (name, passport/ID details, contact information) and payment card details.

2.3 We ensure that Your data is used exclusively for fulfilling Your travel requirements, improving service quality, and preventing fraud. We do not disclose data to third parties except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

2.4 By agreeing to these Terms, You provide explicit consent to “Adeona Travel Atelier” LLC to collect and process Your data for the purposes indicated herein, pursuant to the RA Law “On Protection of Personal Data.”

Chapter 3. Cost of Services and Payment

3.1 Service costs are determined by the prices set on the Website at the time of reservation.

3.2 Unless otherwise noted, prices include all applicable taxes and duties.

3.3 The Armenian Dram (AMD) is the base currency for transactions. Prices shown in foreign currencies are for informational purposes and may be converted using the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Armenia effective at the moment of payment.

3.4 “Adeona Travel Atelier” LLC utilizes secure third-party payment-settlement systems. We do not store Your full credit card details.

3.5 You acknowledge that any technical issues or damages arising during the third-party payment process are the responsibility of the payment-settlement organization.

Chapter 4. Terms and Process of Reservation

4.1 We act as an intermediary agent. While making a reservation, You enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Service Provider.

4.2 Reservations are submitted via the System and require a “frozen” amount on Your card or an initial deposit.

4.3 “Adeona Travel Atelier” LLC will confirm or reject a reservation within 48 hours (calculated on working days).

4.4 A reservation is considered finalized only upon the issuance of a Final Confirmation and an electronic Voucher (VCR).

Chapter 5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations include: refusing the service, changing the timeframe, or failing to appear (No-Show).

5.2 Standard Cancellation Policy (unless specific tour/hotel terms state otherwise):

• More than 72 hours’ notice: Full refund of the service cost.
• Within 72 hours or after service start: The cost of the first day is non-refundable (for multi-day services), or the total cost is non-refundable (for single-day services).

5.3 Signature Guided Tours: Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour start results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior may be subject to a 50% refund depending on the specific VCR terms.

5.4 Weather/Security: We reserve the right to alter or cancel tours for safety reasons or unpredictable weather. In such cases, we strive to provide an alternative or a fair refund.

Chapter 6. Service Quality and Responsibility

6.1 You are liable for the authenticity of the data provided in the Reservation Application.

6.2 Qualification symbols (stars/grades) for hotels are for guidance only and do not constitute a quality guarantee by Us.

6.3 Under Article 417 of the Civil Code of RA, We are responsible for non-fulfillment of liabilities only in cases of proven fault. We are released from responsibility for shortcomings caused by third-party Service Providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).

Chapter 7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing or via electronic means to Adeona Travel Atelier LLC.

7.2 We will investigate and respond after consulting with the relevant Service Provider.

7.3 Any unresolved disputes shall be settled through the judicial procedures stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

Chapter 8. Miscellaneous

8.1 These Terms may be updated periodically. The version posted on the Website at the time of use is the effective version.

8.2 Intellectual property and software rights of the Website belong to “Adeona Travel Atelier” LLC.

8.3 These Terms are published in Armenian, Russian, and English. In case of any contradiction, the Armenian version prevails.
