Payment Terms

Currency

Tour quotations may be provided in USD, EUR, AMD, or another agreed currency. The applicable currency will be clearly indicated in the proposal.

Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed:

• 50% deposit upon confirmation
• 50% final payment no later than 30 days before arrival
• Bookings made within 30 days may require 100% payment at confirmation

For complex private journeys, groups, special events, or programs requiring significant advance supplier commitments, a different payment schedule may apply.

Bank and Transaction Fees

Bank transfer charges, intermediary bank fees, currency-conversion fees, and other payment-processing charges are the responsibility of the client unless specifically stated otherwise.

Adeona must receive the full invoiced amount.

Price Changes

If Adeona makes changes to the itinerary or substitutes a service for operational reasons, the client will not be charged any additional amount. Adeona will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative of comparable or higher quality at no additional cost to the client.

A price adjustment may apply only when:

• The client requests changes to the itinerary, travel dates, accommodation category, services, or other confirmed arrangements;
• The group size changes, affecting the agreed pricing basis; or
• Extraordinary circumstances beyond Adeona’s reasonable control result in a material increase in the cost of providing the confirmed services.

Any additional cost resulting from a client-requested change will be communicated and agreed upon before the change is confirmed.
